Whether spending productive time with family, friends or self, our breaks keep us happy. Taking a break helps in decreasing stress, preventing burnout and increases productivity in the long run. Taking short daily breaks is one of the best practices available to freelancers who give their energy fully to their job each day

Everyone has a physical limit and while freelancing can be a great option, it wouldn’t hurt if you took a break every now and then.
